Green Line Project

All along the first 3 semesters, after an introductory workshop during Induction Week, the students have to carry out a joint transversal project named “Green Line project” (GLP). The Green Line project is key to the programme jointness.

Students have to choose a subject among a pool of key research and innovation topics proposed by the Consortium as well as associated partners. These topics are market-oriented and cross-cutting with an innovative approach. It is the first opportunity for the students to work on industrial real cases.
The Green Line project is jointly supervised by the Consortium partner institutions and includes 3 phases:

  • First stage (S1): definition of the objectives, structure, and boundaries of the project through exchanges with socio-economic bioeconomy actors and literature state of the art (3 ECTS)
  • Second stage (S2): feasibility tests as well as economic and sustainability assessment (work integrated within the 6 ECTS Project Engineering module in AgroParisTech and 6 ECTS Life cycle analysis of green technologies’ module in TalTech)
  • Third stage (S3): in-depth scientific/technical study, conclusions, and dissemination (5 ECTS)

Work carried out within the framework of the GLP may give rise to participation in competitions, conferences, job presentations, etc.
