On 11 October, students from Cohort 4 gathered for an amazing International Lunch organized by Erasmus Mundus students at the AgroParisTech campus in Palaiseau, Île-de-France. It was a fantastic opportunity for sharing, learning, and most importantly, tasting incredible dishes from around the world!
From the vibrant flavors of India, Pakistan, China, and Vietnam, to the rich spices of the Middle East and the delicious desserts from Uzbekistan and Lebanon, the diversity of cuisine was truly remarkable. We also explored the culinary traditions of North and Latin America — savoring the maple sweetness of Canada and enjoying flavourful snacks from Mexico, Ecuador, Brazil, and Colombia. And of course, we couldn’t miss the authentic taste of French cuisine alongside the hearty comfort of dishes from Eastern Europe!
This was more than just a lunch — it was a true celebration of cultures, bringing people together through the universal language of food. A big thanks to everyone who participated and shared a taste of their home with us.
